As a freelancer or company looking to build your next presentation, you may want to consider using Google Slides. The free version has a few useful features, but in my opinion, the free edition pales in comparison to the premium version. Slides can only be used with a Google account. Thankfully, most people already have one. In fact, if you want to sign up for Slides, you can use your Google ID across all the products offered by Google.
Shareable link feature
When sharing your Google Slides presentation with colleagues or clients, the Shareable link feature gives you a lot of options. In addition to being able to copy the URL of your presentation, it can be converted into a preview, template, or PDF link. This option is useful if you want your audience to know that your document was created in G Suite. If you want to share your presentation with multiple people, this option will save you time.
The Share function is available at the top-right corner of the window and allows you to send your presentation to more than one person. You can also individually set editing permissions for each contact. By default, you can only share the presentation with contacts who have read-only access to your email address. How to Customize a Google Slides Template
You may not know that you can import custom themes into Google Slides. You can import a theme by clicking the Import button in the Themes pane. You must log into Google to import a theme. Open your slide presentation. Next, click File > Make a copy the master slide and select the custom theme. You can then customize the master slide by changing font colors, adding sections, or other customizations.
